Modular houses
Project Maetok offers two series of modular homes - Comfort and Standard. The two series are designed to be permanently residing and feature high-quality building materials.
The houses in each series include one-, two-, and three-modules. The interior finishes of both series are distinct. For instance, in the Series Standard, there is varnished plywood, but both series have distinctive appearances. The Comfort series uses wooden siding instead of profiled for a more refined facade.
The house is available in sizes ranging from 24.5 m2 to 80.4 m2, with the potential to expand the house by adding new modules.
The Standard series modules are our choice for projects today due to the cost of exterior decoration. By simplifying the facade's appearance, you can efficiently allocate financial resources towards the construction of more quality houses without compromising the structural integrity. In the future, the owners of the Standard series will be able to "sheathe" their home with wooden siding instead of a profiled sheet and create an even more aesthetic atmosphere of their home.
Another actual development of our project is public modules that can be used as administrative buildings, coworking spaces, kindergartens, mini shops, educational centers, etc. We place such buildings on the territory of the modular town to help immigrants with socialization and provide additional jobs in the town itself.
Maetok Standard series
The Standard series houses are designed with all the details in mind to make you feel at home.
A profile sheet that is coated with polymer is what is used to decorate the house. The insulation and moisture protection provided by the design are reliable. The materials that were used in the project are both high-quality and environmentally friendly.
All essential communications, including electric, water, and sewage, are available in the house.
Each house in the Standard series has an external terrace that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or spending time with the family.

Administrative Building
The Maetok project has been significant in its design and creation of 'Administrative Building' - public modules. The design of these has been based on the principles and design of the three-module house in the Comfort Series.
We developed them to make socializing in a new location easier for people. Administrative buildings can serve as coworking spaces, children's centers, educational centers or schools, creative studios, mini-frames, warehouses, and more, among other uses.
Also, administrative buildings in a modular town for immigrants are additional jobs that can help, for example, a mother on maternity leave, who was left without a home and husband because of the war, to provide for herself and her children, while being close to her home.
Our hope is that this decision will aid those who have lost everything in starting a new life in a new location, socializing, and returning to normal life.
