Nova Nadiya is a town with a size of 0.2 hectares and three residential buildings of various sizes and capacities.
It contains:
1 single-module house Series Standard with an area of 25.6 sq.m., designed for accommodation up to 4 people;
1 two-module house of the Comfort Series with an area of 53.7 sq.m., accommodating from 5 to 7 people;
1 two-module house Series Standard area of 53.7 sq.m., which is designed for accommodation from 5 to 7 people.
